Quality is excellent. Some design modification is required. The space between two idli plates are less and idli in the bottom plate not getting the proper shape. The bracket to hold the plates are not comfortable. Need to take extra care while fixing the bottom induction plate, gap was notified

build quality is nice size is enough for small family can be use or cook multiple recipes

I recently tried to return an item qsec idli makker and the experience was much more difficult than expected. While the product was okay, the return option is poorly managed. ​ Very bad ​Customer Service ​.

Product Quality is fine and finished product looked very attractive same shown as picture

Handles of product is very sharp. They are not even and not finished well cutting fingers. Dhokla plate has some bend hence returning the product

The distance between two big plates of idlies is less, when they rise the lower plate idlies stick to the upper one. Rest is no issue it's an amazing product.

The mini idli trays are perfect. Right depth & size !!The large idli maker has cavities that are too shallow and the idlis turn out flat. Also the steamer does not hold much water. It lasts only 10-12 minutes, you will need to refill the water frequently. This is a pain. If you are not paying attention your idlis will get ruined.

Product delivery takes a long time, but product packing and quality of items are excellent.
