Frontier Co-op Carob Powder, Medium Roast, 1lbs, 16oz

I added in my smoothie instead of cacao and loved the taste. It actually tastes like cacao but i feel it is much richer. Good alternative for people who avoid caffeine.

Just like the carob powder my hippie mom bought in the '70s and '80s for my "chocolate" milk. I wasn't able to find it at Fresh Thyme or any brick and mortar store. I mix it with oat milk for a nutritious, tasty and satisfying snack. Great quality!

Use for occasional dog treats. It mixes well & she likes it.

This Frontier carob powder mixes well, but you have to whisk quickly if putting it in anything hot. The medium roast is very good...not too dark.

Best recipe for carob powder ever? Here you go: 1 part carob 1 part easy dissolve all natural powdered milk 1 part stevia leaf (or extract or powdered extract) Mix together thoroughly and add a scoop to unpasteurized goat or cow milk. Sooooo yum! It can also be used as a hot cocoa or in other kids of milk. Honestly I could drink it all day. No sugar, no chocolate, only the good stuff!
