I bought these for my 88 year old husband because he was concerned about for getting things. These have sharpen his memory. Easy to swallow. Not a bad taste. Size not big. Very effective. Health is on point with this supplement. He’s remembering things for me. I’m gonna start taking them too. They are worth the try. If you want to see an elderly person improve their memory, try these.

I have to write one of those "I was skeptical at first, but...." reviews. Here it goes: I was skeptical at first, but Cognium actually works for me. One area that my brain struggles with is name recall. That includes names of people, technical terms, etc.. It can be embarrassing in a meeting or just hanging out with friends when you can't remember the right word or words. Cognium has really helped with that. If they haven't done it yet, it would be pretty easy to set up an experiment to specifically looking at name recall to quantifiably validate the effect. There's definitely something going on beyond placebo effect. Obviously, everybody's brain chemistry is a little different, so results will vary, but if you're experiencing the same issue I am this is worth a try.

I'm in my 60s and I would start forgetting things like directions. I really didn't have to worry too much about it after taking this for a week and a half all of the cloudiness stopped and I became much more aware of details again ...highly recommend.

I think this helps my focus. They are easy to take, quality is good. I don't take these for any pain relief or for sleep. There is not taste.

Bought this on a friend's recommendation, trying to get a replacement for the expensive prevagen. Didn't have the same effect. Seems ro work well for my friend however..
