Great price for a great quality, I bought 1/4” thick, and I am happy with the way my Rug Alfombra feels over this cushion and stable material, I am giving a 4 stars review because of the packaging: it came folded in square shape, and due to this the material doesn’t seats100% flat on the floor, it has a slight wavy look, I WISH THIS PRODUCT WAS PACKED AND SENT IN A ROLL, that way it would preserve the flat and smooth like it’s supposed to be. It’s a great quality material for sure!

Pad is nice but those wrinkles are very hard to get out. They should roll instead of folding it.

Does as claimed - is soft, relatively thick, and holds my 3x5 rug down on slippery hardwood, even with dogs (gently running across it)

This is a repeat order for under a new rug, the first Gorilla pad was great so I went to Gorilla Grip again when I needed a 3x5 pad. The pad is perfect for me but there was no packing box for shipping and item was shipped in the thin plastic film with a label stuck on it. The plastic ripped, of course, but the pad is still good. Why not put pad into a protective package? Pad could have gotten dirty or wet (rain), anyway I am using it and Gorilla Grip is a quality product.

I purchased 3 of these for my house and was impressed by the lifetime warranty. I noticed the rubber started to disintegrate and fall off the bottom of the felt pad. I contacted customer service. They wanted proof purchase, picture of warranty information and an email from Amazon saying they were never returned or replaced. I provided all information. I received a refund in the form of a gift card for the cheapest of the three pads. I sent an email to gorilla commerce stating they forgot the other two pads. Didn’t hear back. I sent several more emails. Finally heard back from a customer service representative saying that they will send my email to management. It has been a few days and still haven’t heard back. After several attempts I’ve come to the conclusion they don’t care about their customers.
