Works well. Seems well made. I used a nylon Rogue belt for about 10 years and this one is a good replacement. Provides some support but not as much as a leather belt. I use it mostly without the locking bar as that can be a bit finicky.

It’s a good belt for the price. I was worried about the Velcro. But it works great. Only drawback is the buckle can sometimes spin.

My son is a 285 pound college athlete. He has had difficulty finding belts that fit his body or hold up to his heavy weight workouts. He gave this belt a try and has been extremely impressed. He loves the adjustable fit features over the traditional buckle style. It gives him the support he needs on heavy lifts over 700 lbs. I tried the belt and found it more comfortable then the old leather belts. I have to note, it does get dirty with chalk and is not the easiest to clean but who cares about the look when it lets you throw around a lot of iron. Would recommend for heavy lifters looking for an alternative fit to the old belts.

My leather lifting belt was too bulky and heavy to take on holiday with me. So I decided to buy this. It's lighter and more compact. Initially I was unsure whether or not I could deadlift with a lighter belt. But the performance was great. I felt fully supported deadlifting in the low 300s. Couldn't recommend this highly enough. At my home gym. I still wear this belt for squats even though I went back to the leather belt for deadlifting. One appreciable difference is that the leather belt is easy to take off in between sets. Even though this isn't hard to put on and remove, it still takes longer than the leather belt where I just undo the lever. So I tend to wear this in between sets until I've completed that exercise.

this fitness belt is the best in the market, the weightlifting belt is the right width especially for women / myself. I highly recommend. I thought I had lost mine and I immediately went to replace it with another one, but they found mine at the gym.

After years of using a conventional leather belt, thought I’d try one of these. Was hesitant re: sizing when ordering and measuring, ostensibly, above the waist, but got it right. Nice feel to the belt overall and ties as tight as you’d want. Locking mechanism is very simple and secure using Velcro. For me, it feels strange wearing the belt slightly higher on the torso as oppose to a leather belt, but it feels really good while using (Zercher squats, deadlifts, bent over rows). Highly recommend - give it, and this brand, a try!
