Are there other stones that can be purchased to use in this bottle? Or where can i find more of these from this seller?

Yes ther is more than just the rose quartz. There's all different kinds. The seller is listed when you click on the item like your going to purchase it.

Received one as a gift But sadly my bottle broke. Can I purchase the bottle without the bottom part that holds the crystal?

Same happen to me, I was resent a brand new one with no additional cost.

Are the crystals in the water or in a protective case as to not come in contact with the water?

They are in contact with the water. Nothing covers the crystal

Can the detachable rose quartz be put in a non-breakable bottle with the same effect? e.g., stainless steel

You can detach the crystal by unscrewing it from the bottle., however it will be difficult to find a bottle that will fit this exact screw size.
