KDD Thick Cream (6 Pack)

Trader Joe's shelf stable cream doesn't seem to be available anymore. These are basically the same quality. A little bit thicker maybe. You need a mini wisk to blend it. Doesn't taste like actual heavy cream. But, in the backcountry this is our big splurge on extra weight so we can have creamy coffee.

It has turned into liquid, does not have the right consistency and has many small crumbled dots and pieces. Absolutely cannot use. I tried this brand before i love it but this order was not usable

This cream is the thickest creamiest I have ever purchased. Made a really good soup base, ice cream, and a whipped cream so far. Will definitely purchase again!

This is super convenient to store in the pantry and have on hand, with a nice shelf life. However, it's misleading because the box shows some sort of dessert with dollops of whipped cream on top. Well, it's impossible to get this stuff to whip. It would've been awesome if you could whip this and make whipped cream when the need arrives last minute. One of these scenarios arose where our kid wanted strawberries and whipped cream. I made the mistake of trying to do this by hand and my arm nearly fell off after 20 minutes of trying. I put a box in the fridge, thinking that a colder temperature might help stabilize the cream's foam. I used a stick blender whisk and.... NOTHING. This is misleading if all it is good for is using it for the culinary side and not the pastry side.
