Love this product! I drink this every morning as soon as I get up. It mixes easily with water and tastes great. I have it while I’m working out and it gives me the right amount of energy and focus with no crash or jitters. I wish it came in a larger size! If you’re looking for a quality product at a good price point, this one won’t disappoint.

I have been trying the powder as a morning drink and I have noticed that I am more alert and work with purpose. I didn’t take it two days and noticed a huge difference! I am really picky when it comes to artificial flavors but this had such a yummy taste to it that made it easy to drink. My boyfriend even tried it once and said it’s a good alternative to his energy drink because it helped him be more productive in with his workload! Can’t wait to try the mango flavor!

I like the idea of the help for cognitive memory and in the easiness of the powder use . I even tried just a small amount of 1/4 teaspoon and put it in 12 ounces of cold water in a bottle shake it up real good and tried to drink it . I couldn’t even drink a couple swallows it was just way too much sweetness to it. I am a diabetic and I use Stevia -which is what is in this , not sugar..The amount of Stevia they incorporated was way too much and no matter how much I cut down on powder amount or added more water ,it still was Way TOO sweet ! So unfortunately I returned it. I really wanted this to be my help, been at 72 yrs. this birthday, forgetting things so will search in Mushroom powders or capsule next.

I will say the flavor is awful but if you can get past the taste I have noticed improvement with focusing when I do a full scoop. I got the mango flavor but it's honestly disgusting and leaves an after taste. I do plan on finishing the bottle since its pricey for the amount it contains. The bottle does not come full to the top but most things don't nowadays. This picture is me using it for 5 days (1 scoop a day) how much is left in the container. It worked for me tho.
