I didn't like that I had to string the letters myself. And the cheap ribbon that came with it kept ripping. It was quite annoying. But overall it served its purpose. And it did look cute!!! ♡ So I guess I can't complain about having to string the letters.

Amazing value. Have to string the letters, but I liked being able to adjust the words to fill up my space. Balloons held air 2 weeks after event with very little deflating if any (might have even gone longer but it was time - much to the dismay of my children). Best of all- confetti balloons were PREFILLED

Could not use this sign because it was missing the last letter: We will miss yoI did not open the package until it was time to decorate, the day before the party. I can't say how disappointed I was and it was too late to get it fixed.Now it is outside of the 30 day window to return. So I am stuck with yo!

This is small and I should have read the reviews that it takes time to assemble. Rushed to put it together and it looked super cheap afterwards since the letters are so small. Nicest thing are the balloons and the extra hanging piece with circles.
