This works perfectly for my battery/plug in nebulizer. The original one wore out and the replacement from the company was waaaaaay more expensive than this one. You do need the adapter that comes with it.

Works great, so far. The cord is long enough, and the adapter helps it fit my Pari Trek S compressor just fine.

This charger uses an adapter to connect—but it continuously disconnects itself either from the cord end or nebulizer end. Now have to buy another. Adapter after only a few months of use

Works great. Especially helpful since price was reasonable and allowed use of my rechargeable updraft machine. Much better price than the site where I obtained machine.

My power supply for pari tech s nebulizer died and this power supply works perfectly with it. I did experience some sloppy connection with the the adapter plug but if I am still and don't disturb the cable I can complete therapy uninterrupted.
