I bought this stuff because we could smell dogs when we came into the house....because we have dogs! Clean dogs, but still dogs. I didn't want a perfume smell to try to cover it up, just something to make the house smell like nothing at all. It works!! I put one large size by the front door, and within a day the smell was gone. I put a small one in the car and no smell! I put another one near the cat's litter box, and no smell! AMAZING. What a great product!

Works great for pet odors

I was going to buy a 5 pack but wasn't sure if they would work so I bought 2. We had a smell coming from one room in our basement that we just couldn't get to go away and can't find the reason for the aroma. 1 large bag did the trick. Now I will be buying more and some for our shoe rack!!! We are allergic to strong air fresheners so this having NO SMELL AT ALL is fantastic!

Work great in a large room!

I hung two of these in my basement and I do believe it has helped with the musty smell. I plan to get two more to hang at other locations.

I hate to post a negative review, but I saw no effect whatever with this product.I understand that it's cute and it looks like a purse, and please be advised that I was trying to deal with a extremely bad odor ( musty basement smell on a pair of vintage loudspeakers), but geez, I wish I had never bought it.Perhaps for mild odors, like in a laundry room, it would be fine.

They arrived quickly and the charcoal is packaged in attractive gray fabric. The charcoal packages have no odor. I just received them two days ago and it says that it can take a while for them to remove all the odors so I will re-evaluate the product after a week or so to see how they worked. I purchased the 5 pack 600 size so that I could place one in each room of an apartment whose previous renters had smoked. From the reviews I read, this product should remove the smoke smell as well as an expensive air purifier. The instructions are easy....just set the bags out in the sun for an hour once a month to re-activate them and they should last for 2 years.
