Do it leave the hair crunchy, sticky & hard to the touch?

It can if you leave it as such. but after your hair dries, you can scrunch your hair and it falls nicely. If you blow dry using a brush it will be smooth. It can be hard, or it can be soft, your choice. NOT sticky at all. My hairdresser asked what I was using as my hair was so much more thicker and softer.
