A really good small unit that operates exactly as expected. The main benefit of this particular product is the size. It’s smaller than the competition that does exactly the same thing. That means I could get several of them into a singular waterproof enclosure outdoors.

Purchased so that I could replace my halogen lights to LED. This driver was a simple swap-out for the old transformer that was in place, which wouldn't work with the LED lamps. The unit is quite small, meaning that the terminals are also quite small and a little fiddly, but that doesn't detract too much from what is a good unit all-in-all. Time will tell on longevity of the device. Would probably purchase again should the need arise.

Bought this to replace the transformer in a 12V halogen light fitting. It's smaller than the transformer, so fitted in the space without trouble. The terminal connectors are small though, and getting the cables in is quite a challenge! However it drives the LED bulbs without any hint of a flicker and is cheaper than a whole new light unit.

I installed this and hooked it up to two brand new 12v LED lamps. The lamps are 5w each so well under the rated level. The install worked fine for a few days then the lights started to flicker as the power turned on and off randomly. The transformer is clearly faulty. I can’t be sure if it is just this unit or if the quality of the product is just that poor.

The connectors are small and really inconvenient to wire - they are out of alignment with the entry point for the external wires, and it is not easy to poke the wires through the holes. I'm not a skilled electrician, but connecting the external wires took me much longer than it would need to if it were better designed. It would also be very easy to make the mistake of connecting the high voltage input to the output, the wrong way round: the correct connection is of course marked, but the high voltage and low voltage connectors are identical in appearance, the transformer is nearly symmetrical, and it would be easy to make a careless mistake. Although you have to unscrew a cover for both input and output connections, when you put the cover back, it does not clamp the wires in place, so the connecting mains voltage wires are held in place only by one tiny screw in a poorly designed connector. Nobody has given much thought to the design. The product is small, it works, but the connectors are so cheaply designed that it makes you wonder about the quality of the rest of it. I need 10 more LED drivers to replace the transformers I have for my halogen lighting system, and I will try to find a different brand.

Ik had een bestaande ledverlichting waarvan de interne voeding was stuk gegaan en niet meer te repareren. De ruimte was beperkt, maar deze ledvoeding had de juiste afmeting en kon zo dus weer de verlichting netjes repareren.

Cumple perfectamente su función de alimentar un conjunto de luminarias led. Carcasa exterior de limpio y funcional diseño. Para cables paralelo de 0,5 mm2 de sección máxima.

Recibido en buen estado, el tamaño es perfecto y funciona muy bien con la lámpara led.
