Not trustworthy protien showing 400 mg means not more than 1 gram.. We need approx above 50 gram per day..If you are searching for more protein suppliments then this is not for you.. This is a just an ayurvedic product nothing more.. Thats why the price is too high.. We can buy this ayurvedic ingredients poweders /capsules less than150 rs..very pathetic product.. Very disappointed
