Functional, Just Not Perfect
Follow the instructions and grease these up and they shouldn’t stick, theoretically. I followed the instructions, and they still stuck. I was able to use a knife to get the muffins out (I made both English muffins as well as scones). There was a bit of cleanup do do afterwards. That said, they do the job. Next time I won’t bother to make the English muffins in them, just use them to cut the dough. Scones have to be made inside them, we so we’ll see.

Good quality rings, but missing pastry brush.
These rings are good quality, but the main reason I purchased this particular item was for the included pastry brush. My shipment didn't include the brush, so I subtracted two stars from the overall rating.

Product is what was expected. I'm not sure about the durability of the rings is the only reason that is a three. Drawback is the rough edge where the end of the metal band is on the outside of the ring. Could have been smoothed a bit more.

Get the nonstick instead
They're fun for eggs, pancakes, and crumpets. They're not too hard to clean if you oil them well, but they don't release easily. I later purchased a nonstick set, and I wish I'd just done that in the first place.

These are well constructed rings that are easy to clean, easy to use. the silcon brush is also easy to clean and easy to use. I ordered these for an experiment with gluten free muffins that I was trying and these worked so well. I will be trying them with more recipies. I am very happy with this purchase.

Gut aber verbesserlich
Die Ringe sind zwar von der Qualität gut aber es haftet alles dran und man muss die pancakes leider rausschneiden oder die Ringe einfetten. Das finde ich etwas doof und mühsam. Aber sonst kann man es empfehlen
