Good product. Stored in fridge after opening but it discolored. Discoloration does not seem to impact flavor.

Selling old product
Arrived dark brown in color it is too dark and has more than likely lost flavor and probably has a vinegar flavor. Amazon will not allow return which is ridiculous as it is unopened and should not be sold it is defective.

Great in salmon glaze
This is a new ingredient to me. I wanted to try it on salmon with honey, garlic and ginger. It was fantastic. It made the meal have a wonderful unami savory flavor.

I don’t know if the batch I got was old or what, but it’s quite dark for white Miso.
