This is an excellent quality mattress topper. Got the 2 inch model...used it on top of a very firm medical mattress to provide a little "give" and it works well. Note the sizing is a little off for a 180X200 King mattress...So it hangs over the edge by a few centimeters on either side.

Sizing was off. Too big for my bed so it overlaps. Also doesn't stay super firm. Sags wherever u sit. Makes mattress softer, but is it too soft?

Opening the package is awful.. it's like a squashed children's squishy toy.Once rolled out and left for a while, it does indeed look like blue egg tray.Worth seeing through though, it is amazingly soft and comfy and supportive at the same time.Defo getting better sleep with this - for the 5th star I just wish it came with some kind of cover - I could see it tearing easily in the unwrapping process.

I don't know what enchantment they put on this piece of foam but it is one of, if not THE BEST purchase I have ever made in Amazon. Not only does it make the bed super comfortable, it also keeps you cool during those hot summer nights in Dubai. The grooves/waves feel great against the skin, it's almost therapeutic, I fall asleep in a matter of 3-5 minutes upon lying down! No Joke. Have already bought a 2nd one and still planning to buy for my kids beds as well, because now it is getting a bit cramped, everyone wants to sleep in my bed! For the price I have paid, I am completely blown away!

It took the entire 3 days to fluff after removing it from the package. For the first couple of months, I had an older waterproof mattress pad over the topper and every morning the topper would fluff back up. I bought a NEW waterproof mattress pad and placed it over the topper and the dips from the night before wouldn’t go away. After a month of being disappointed I read memory foam needs air circulation in order to fluff up so I removed the waterproof pad. It took over a week but the mattress topper has finally fluffed back up! This topper has made our mattress much more comfortable. The waterproof pad is now just covering the original mattress with the topper on top of the pad. So glad I figured out how to keep this topper fluffy! Very pleased with this purchase.

I ordered this for my sons bed, and he finally started sleeping on his bed every night instead of the couch.

I've had the 2 inch for about a week now. Before you open the box decide where you'll be laying it down to fully de-compress which takes roughly 24hrs. You need to be gentle with it when you take it out of the box and begin to unroll it while it is still in the plastic sheeting. It comes folded in half and then rolled up so it looks small. I gently cut the bottom of the sheeting and it started to expand a little. I slit it open along the edge of one side to let it expand. When I tried to separate the foam (it is folded in half) I found it sticks together. If you're not careful it can rip. I did it a little at a time every 10 minutes or so as it was expanding. Eventually I cut along the other side of the plastic sheeting and unfolded the plastic which made a large sheet of plastic that was protecting it from my living-room floor. You need to let it lay somewhere to fully expand so plan in advance where you will do that...best to have a spare room away from kids or pets. You could put it on top of an old blanket or a drop cloth if you don't want to take the time to open the plastic the way I did though.When I put it on the bed the next day, I was surprised how the 2 inches made it actually harder for me to get into my bed so BEWARE of that if you have thick mattresses or are buying it for an older person. I really can't sit on the edge of the bed anymore like to put on socks without a struggle. I'm 5'3"It seems pretty comfortable compared to having the mattress poking me....but then again, I finally got around to rotating the mattress and that could have helped too. I put this foam pad over my regular mattress pad. I knew there wasn't going to be enough room to put it underneath and I saw some questions about the product where people wondered that. There are no instructions on the subject in the box but there are 3 blank greeting cards in there? One is a thankyou card you write your own message and two Hello you blank cards. They seem very high quality for cards but without envelopes they are pretty useless....and who really sends out those cards anymore? I felt a little guilty throwing them out but I am trying to fight my clutter habits. Although I guess it was a nice gesture, it seems wasteful to include them.Laying on the bed feels nice. I do sink in after a few minutes but it is still comfortable UNTIL I start tossing and turning which I do often. My problem is it somehow makes it a little harder to support myself with my arm to flip myself. I've been having some shoulder pain in the mornings and it could be that or many other things but the truth is every night I start off saying this is really nice and every time I get out of bed I say I don't like it. It is a cheap fix to an uncomfortable mattress. Because it's hard for me to dig my heels in or my arm into the mattress to turn myself, I can only guess that is why some people say their pad ripped. Just wanted to give a review because I find reviews very helpful when shopping. Something to consider if you are buying this for an older person or someone with a disability.

My guest room bed has a very firm mattress. I was looking for a topper to give the mattress a softer, more comfortable feel and this one does just that. The pad was very easy to unpackage and no chemical smell at all. I allowed it to sit for almost 2 days before putting it on and it was perfect. My daughter recently slept on the bed and was impressed with the improvement; "much more comfortable". The price point can't be beat for such an impressive mattress topper. I highly recommend this.
