Heel Wedge Healing Shoe - Medium

This is the shoe you need when you are recovering from a problem with your heel. For toe problems see you doctor for the right one. I just finished my surgery and even my nurse was surprised at how fully adjustable the shoe is compared to others. My foot had to have a very large bandage and the main part on the top of the shoe can be moved around (it is held on by Velcro) so even the bulkiest wrappings are accommodated. The straps are extra long too. My nurse said this was better than the ones the hospital issues. I pray you never have need of this or any other such device, but if you do, trust this one to fit just right. It comes in different sizes so be sure to check the right box, and remember, these are not really shoes like you wear every day. You must be very careful with them and follow all your health providers directions when walking.

Through my doctors office i was paying about $100 for this exact same product. They are not intended to be a tennis shoe and there for do not last forever and occasionally need to be replaced. I'm 250Lbs and they last about 2-3 months. If you have bandaging on your foot but still can walk, or need to reduce the pounding on your heal for heal pain. This is your product.

These shoes are definitely helping my dad with his pressure ulcer healing. My papa uses these shoes everyday all day. They definitely do what they are suppose to do, which is relieve weight off the heel wound in my dad’s case. The only bad thing is the Velcro over time doesn’t stick as well.

Easy to wear good quality pressure. Does have pressure on toes and arch if walking for a far distance

I got a great deal by ordering the open box one, which I have absolutely no problem with. But I do expect that it comes in usable condition. The strap is broke and as I really need it I have to repair it myself. Especially since the main strap won’t close without me doing it.EDITSince I got it (about a week and a half) the thread on the side is coming undone and the fabric is falling off.

A little odd to walk on, but a much better price then the medical supply stores version. Which would have cost me 300.

This shoe worked very well for relieving pressure on a heel ulcer. The fit was as charted.
