This product is truly wonderful for heart health and lowering blood pressure. But only one scoop per day or you will experience low blood pressure. As a larger person I can do two scoops. This product tastes great and is a wonderful benefit for those experienced either a healthy lifestyle or just getting on track. It’s been a key to my weight loss journey.

Those that are leaving the comments about this product having a good flavor must be writing from a list of suggestions. This is like sitting down to a glass of pepto bismol. Or worse. There's another brand here, that's actually been here the longest, that is actually refreshing. Unfortunately it's being marketed with 2 containers to a box, so it looks twice as expensive. But it's actually the same price, and if you go to its listing, you can purchase one at a time. I mix up a glass with ice for breakfast and drink it without having to hold my nose. What a deceptive job of marketing and bribery we have going on here! I have no personnel ties to either company. I only know what tastes good. One does and one doesn't. It's disgusting. I can't return it. It's in my trash.
