I bought this underwear twice in the same color (black). The second time, I got a size medium instead of ordering a size small again. Both times I had lost a lot of weight and was about the same body size/weight. Both sizes of underwear fit. The medium had a little more coverage, didnt feel as tight (but didn't shift around all night), and allowed better "accessibility" in the hidden opening.For reference: I'm 5'6 tall, skinny, not "curvy" at all, about 118 lbs, hips are about 37" circumference. According to the size chart, I would fit a size small.The small fit perfectly fine and worked as intended. Before the night was over, it felt better to take them off because of the friction. The hidden opening was still a turn on for my boyfriend.I was surprised the size medium fit so well. I expected to have to sew the sides or something so they wouldn't be so loose, but that wasn't necessary. The hidden opening was slightly longer and allowed for better access. (I didn't feel the need to remove them at any point.) The looser fitting fabric helped, too. The crotch area was still very discreet. You could wear this like regular underwear and change clothes in front of someone without them realizing it has an opening in the crotch (as long as your not doing any crazy stretches or sitting in weird positions).The underwear is well made and great for a night of fun. The opening really is discreet. I've tried another brand before and the underwear looked very similar. I paid WAY less... However, the crotch opening was more like a rear opening, which was not at all what I wanted. There was no full access to the front without ripping the thing. It also stayed "open" when I wore it, which felt awkward. I ended up never using it and didn't feel comfortable trying to return it since I had already tried it on. It was money wasted. I'd recommend paying a little more for this underwear.I would guess it's ok to size up if you wanted. The recommended size worked for me, but I found out 1 size up worked a little better. I prefer the size medium. Maybe it fit better because I have slightly wide hips compared to my overall thin frame.

I could wear these just as regular day wear ! Super cute and sexy but discrete and definitely eye grabber of the husband. He said there was no rubbing against him but we ended up taking them off cause they do get in the way.

I run closer to medium than small in panties and was expecting these to be tight and uncomfortable, so needless to say I was quite pleased to discover that they are both flattering and comfy! They fit snugly yet do not create any pudge nor do they crawl up my butt crack and drive me nuts. I'm definitely sticking with this brand moving forward!

They look great on my wife. Especially on her curvy, perfect butt. However, the point of crotchless is easy access. These are most definitely NOT easy access. If you want to use a toy with them on, well, I guess you won't hurt the toy. If you expect your man to fit through the hole, he better be average sized or smaller. If he has any girth whatsoever, he will chafe badly. I lasted all of 30 seconds before it hurt too much to continue. The trim around the opening is stiff and not very forgiving.TL;DR These are crotchless in the way that men's briefs are. You can get through the hole, but the material will be gripping you the entire time.
