How long can these packs last on the shelf unopened before going bad?

There should be an expiration date on the package somewhere…you might have to check for…or sometimes the date it was made and packaged is the date on the packaging but as with any dehydrated product’s, I’d say it would last a couple years…mine say 2023 and I bought them in 2020-2021…hope this helps

Amazon is awesome…if you don’t cancel the order before it’s shipped they will allow you to return it…

Would like to cancel last order please

Hi…pull your orders and go to the order you want to cancel…click on the list of reasons…I’d pick not as expected…then click return and Amazon will let you print a return label to send it back… you may have to pay for the shipping if it’s something like you just changed your mind…hope this helps

Tiniest chicken I have ever seen. As I have never stewed one, can a cornish game hen be used to achieve the same flavor?

Yes, the chicken size does not really matter, because it's for flavoring the soup. In Korea, people often cook two small chickens with one ingredient bag. Use a pressure cooker for easier cooking! (20minutes on high pressure will do)
