UPDATE ~ More caution > Last D3 test indicated that my level went WAY HIGH...which can be toxic. I was using 5 sprays as indicated on the label. I would start with less, and ask your doctor to order a test. YMMV. . HEY! Do not knock it unless you try it. I tried the oil suspended with dropper...one tasted like motor oil and was impossible to drop the correct amount. THIS is easy to spray and it tastes good. My Dr. told me to go ahead and dose the 5 sprays to bring up my lagging vitamin D [18]. I used it for about 3 weeks. She ran a new blood test and then said, "OOPs! Too high!" [90] So I am cutting that dose in half, as her target number was 50. YMMV.
