Was going back and forth about buying one of these mats and after seeing the reviews on this one I bit the bullet! I was eagar to receive it and I tried it the same day it arrived. There is an uncomfortable but bearable pain to start with. I told myself I'd stay on it for around 10 minutes, I ended up drifting off to sleep on the mat & pillow! Felt so relaxed even after getting off the mat. I liked the aesthetics of this ones over others I've seen too, the all black is a nice touch, doesn't make it look cheap as some of the other coloured ones to (this is complete personal preference)

Bought this for myself for after work to relax and for my partner who sits at a desk all day. Also bought one for my sister who loves hers. Great quality and love that you can wash the removable covers. My partner has loved it for his bad back and neck. He has much less pain after using it and he fell asleep on the mat first time he used it. Well made product for the price, only downside was no carry bag, but its no biggie as I have a bag that I use for yoga that it fits in. I like that its supporting a small business in the uk too!

Was expecting a mat a bit more egresive but is OK..... I used it a few times and I'd day it'd OK.... wasn't a huge amount of money so happy enough

Takes away my tension headaches after 5 mins

Couple of months in now... Sleeping better than I have done in years and zero back pain after having had back pain for several years. Really quite painful to use at first, but peservere, 5 minutes tops and the pain becomes warmth and then relaxation and melt off to sleep on it if you like. Lovely. Also good use as a party game.

Looking for ways to assist with back issues, migraines, stress and sleep. Only had this a few days and is unusual to get used to but already I'm sleeping easier and longer and feeling more relaxed. So far very worth the purchase.

I was very intrigued by this mat, since I do love doing yoga in the evening, and wanted to add something new to my evening routine. As well I have had lower back pain for awhile, as well as big troubles sleeping.. Since I have tried this mat I only felt better. I got used to it absolutely after two times maby, but even first times were absolutely fine. It does look dangerous (it is, if not stored correctly) for some people (my partner does not want to touch or be near it at all because of how scary and sharp it looks), but overcoming of that fear would be the best choice you can make. All of my problems have reduced drastically, and I sticked with this routine almost every day. I do admit I miss days when I do not get a chance to practice this..

Brilliant. I was extremely sceptical to begin with but after reading such excellent reviews I thought I would give it a try. I have spinal stenosis and have been suffering with a lot of lower back pain. This mat has made such a difference. I do my back exercises on it every morning, (on my bed) and it has really helped. No more painkillers or acupuncture. Many many thanks to the seller.
