Wrist Wraps (Professional Quality) Spot Lion Fitness: Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Weight Lifting Wrist Supports for Weight Training

I had a recent flare up of an old severe sprain injury to my left wrist. It seemed that my movements during sleep would aggravate it more so I researched various wrist support wraps and found these. The wraps were highly rated, appeared to be of high quality construction and seemed to be an excellent value in comparison to others I had found.Upon receipt, I began wearing one on my left wrist 24/7 (except in the shower, of course). Within a very short period I began to notice my wrist was feeling better. I began to wear it less but always during sleep and now, within about 2 weeks I am able to go without wearing it. I do keep it on my dresser just in case I have another flare up.I can see where these wrist support wraps would be excellent item for anyone who exercises regularly and definitely recommend these as being of high quality and excellent value.

To be honest, most wrist wraps are the same. They all provide the same level of tightness and stability on the wrist for lifting heavy weights. My reason for a 5-star review is that the velcro is sown in a criss-cross pattern onto the wrap which prevents it from detaching from the wrap. I've had other wrist wraps for which the velcro has come undone from the wrap after repeated use because it wasn't properly sown. But these ones will not give you that problem. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for more stability on their wrists and a long-lasting velcro.

Quick background on me (for context) - have been lifting for close to 20 years and am a 105 Kg Pro Strongman. I currently own wrist wraps from Slingshot, EliteFTS, Titan, Inzer, APT, LiftingLarge, and Anderson Powerlifting. Now for the review: These wraps meet/exceed expectations and would be excellent for anyone lifting in the 100-300 lbs range. They are essentially the same as the Rogue wrist wraps but will cost about 50% less when you factor in shipping. These are more of a flexible/comfortable wrap that could be used for a variety of purposes - and can be cranked down for heavy lifts. The workmanship of the stitching is good and the materials chosen seem to be high quality. These would be a definite upgrade from just about any 'sporting good store' wrap, a great choice for an intermediate lifter, and you cannot go wrong with the price. I would recommend them.

I initially ordered these wraps to stop the bruising I have on the back of my wrist from kettle bell workouts (✔️). They were delivered lighting fast. Not only were they quality materials, good looking, but they gave me extra support for my wrists while lifting heavier weight (✔️✔️✔️). Very pleased and will recommend to friends. Thanks! 👊

I bought these because the pictures suggest they offer back of wrist protection for kettle bell cleans, etc. They really don’t. The added protective strip is just a thin layer of leather about 1.5x3 inches. These work about as well as other weightlifting wrist straps for stability, and for the price are not bad. But don’t expect them to really protect your wrists and forearms from impacts.

Great wrist wraps, very well made and fit comfortably on my wrists. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I ordered black wrist wraps with white stripes and received white ones with black stripes. Not a big deal, but not exactly what I ordered.

Appears to. be well made and reasonably priced. Provides great support for weight lifting.

These are the best wrist wraps I have ever used in my 59 YEARS of weight training, including my years of competitive powerlifting. Everything about these wraps are extremely high quality (thumb !oops, elastic material, and killer hook-and-loop fasteners). Absolutely, great bang-for-the-buck !
