An absolute reputation saver!
As a mobile auto mechanic who frequently works on farm equipment out in the middle of nowhere, this extractor set was an absolute Godsend. I originally purchased this set a few years ago on a Prime sale thinking I probably wouldn't need it, but after a severely rusted head bolt broke off on my first job for a new customer, I was able to salvage my reputation by extracting the bolt using this set and finish the job before the end of day. The extractor cut into the broken stud so deep that it was almost impossible to separate the two afterwards, but at least it did its job. If you need to extract a broken bolt, use a size that's a tad smaller than the diameter, hammer it in flush, and GENTLY rock it back and forth before attempting to remove it.

Amazing
Wow, why have I struggled for years with getting nuts and bolts free. Genuinely impressed at how effective these are. No penetrating oil needed these just bite and do not let go. The bolt heads are not damaged either so once free and cleaned up they went back on with a normal socket. Can not recommend these enough. Best purchase I have made in years. Perfect.

Worth every penny by saving stress
This set was worth its weight in gold and I have only used it one time so far. I had a stuck 6" Spax lag bolt 3 inches in a 4x4 as I was joining 2 4x4 beams. The torx head on the bolt got stripped. Tried everything then said it's not exactly a bolt on the head, but more of a pan head type of head so gave this set a shot at it. After figuring out the size that would grip the bolt head, I hit reverse on the impact not expecting much if any luck at all. Was hoping just to loosen it enough to work out by hand, but nope! It literally reversed out the entire shaft of the lag over 3 inches in. I was in shock and celebration. Couldn't believe it. Had to come write this thing up. If it worked on that bolt, I can't imagine a regular stripped bolt. Definitely a 5 star product! Would buy an ideal Father's Day gift by the way if anybody is planning ahead.
