Quality mortise lock, but buy your own screws
Absolutely top quality mortise lock , but let down by the appalling fixing screws supplied. A full five stars otherwise.

Straight exchange for old lock, easy to replace.
Appears to be a good quality lock ( time will tell ). It was nice to replace the old lock with little work, just check your old lock dimensions with the drawings in the add specifications. Also a Reasonable price!.
