This set is pretty much garbage. I used it only 1 time tonight, when I received it. It made each knife worse. I'm an experienced knife sharpener, but wanted to try one of these sets.The medium and fine stones are swapped. The "fine" stone immediately started to grind off as soon as it touched the blade. The rods don't screw into the stone mount at all. It's a loose fit.Word of advice, don't use a Benchmade as a first try for this device. I will have a lot of work to make the blade sharp again. I did the paper cutting test and not only did it grab the paper and rip it, but I had to poke the paper first, then start slicing. I'm extremely disappointed in this device.

Awesome set of stones just wish they were a bit thicker and that it came with oil for the stones

Got it as a present for someone who lost theirs. He loved it and thought it was awesome and he only uses top of the line products. No cheap stuff
