If you're a distance runner, these are indispensable. Running is messy at times, no matter what. In the case of distance running and shirt chafe, use these to prevent the most obscene pain your nipple will ever encounter. These stick well... I have been able to wear them for months without replacement (might not be something to be proud of, but here we are.) My guess is if you use them for warts or acne or small cuts, they'd be very effective. The adhesion is strong and they open without challenge.

I have to prick my finger once a week and need a small bandaid after. It’s very hard to find a small one that fits and stays on. This one does exactly what I need!
