When I first received this in the mail, I was a little surprised because they were much bigger than I expected (my own fault for not checking the measurements - It says in the product description). I thought they would be way too big and I’d have to order a different kind. But I decided to try them and they work great! I have straight, very thick hair that is usually about shoulder length, but has been grown out a couple inches longer than that for a while. I would prefer to fully dry it with the hair dryer, but it is so thick that it would take 20-30 minutes or more of straight drying to do that. I’m too lazy and impatient for that lol. When I wash my hair, I will wring it a little before putting it up in a towel for a little while (usually until the towel is too wet to be comfy). Then I comb it out and put in a small amount of spray gel, and then use one of these scrunchies to make a low ponytail/messy bun - depending on how long my hair is, I can usually wrap it around 2-3 times to get a tight hold. I like to leave it like this for a while - sometimes I’ll take it out and redo it once or twice, or sometimes switch to another dry scrunchie to absorb more water. This is usually enough to get my hair dry enough to where I can finish with the hair dryer in ~5 mins or less, or finish air drying without being overly wet/cold/uncomfortable. I’ve also used all of these simultaneously on sections of damp hair overnight to get some slight wave in my hair. My hair is so unbelievably straight it won’t hold any curl or wave unless it dries that way, and it’s a nice way to get a little texture that lasts for a little while lol. If you have “normal” hair that can hold a curl or wave though, this would probably work great for you lol. It would probably work better with 2 or more sets depending on your hair. I have occasionally used them with pretty wet hair too and they work well. I bet they’d be really nice to use post-swimming. I’d say definitely check the measurements, but they’ve been great for me even though the size was not what I initially thought I wanted. These will hold a lot of hair!

These are a game changer for women like me with long, thick hair. After showering, I brush my dripping wet hair up into one of these. No towel on my head - no turban that won't hold on my hair. I throw my hair up in a messy bun. By the time I get dressed and do my makeup my hair is easily and quickly dried with a blow dryer. It saves SO much time. On lazy days I just swap off out my wet scrunchie for a dry one and leave my hair up. These are also great for tying up all my hair when I want to take a bath and not mess with getting my hair wet.

These scrunches are very large. Quite larger than I anticipated on, but it makes them unique. I have thick long hair, therefore I can only wrap twice for a bun, or if my hair is dry, I can wrap it around three times in a pony tail and it’ll stay secure. My hair doesn’t dry by using these scrunchies, but that’s a given. I have to say these scrunchies are pretty absorbent, meaning they don’t drip and your hair doesn’t drip. Quite convenient for being productive with crafts or technology after your shower. Also, they don’t smell afterwards!! Overall, great product to own. Also the colors are spot on and very fun.

I absolutely love these. I have mid-back length hair and its thick. I has two others purchased elsewhere but I wanted a few more. These are much bigger and guess which ones I reach for... These. As you can see in my photo with a bath and body works foaming pump hand soap bottle next to one. I loop and wrap these into a bun of sorts after I get out of the shower. They are very absorbent which I appreciate. I do towel dry my hair before putting it up with one of these scrunchies.

Oversized, fluffy, and stylish!

I didn’t have high expectations for these because I have a LOT of thick, shoulder length hair, and honestly I was just looking for scrunchies to use to hold my hair after a shower. But these actually do dry my hair significantly more than I expected. My hair isn’t bone dry or anything but it does save me a few extra minutes under a dryer. I’m also impressed that they actually hold all of my hair. I use them in a half bun (ponytail for the first twist, pulled halfway through on the second twist) to get maximum contact with my hair, and they’re just as wet as my hair towel when I take them out. I would definitely recommend these to other people!

Not super water absorbent or really a microfiber material, they're soft and comfortable but you can only tie them around your hair twice.

Je les utilise en bracelet pour éviter de mouiller mes vêtements lorsque j'effectue mes soins visages. C'était pour leur trouver une utilité et, à cet usage, ils font un très bon écran de protection contre l'eau qui coule sur les poignets. Mais pour les cheveux, c'est zéro, ils sont lourds et n'absorbent pas grand-chose. A noter, qu'en plus de cela, ils perdent leur grande douceur après leur premier passage à la machine à laver. Et dernier point : Ils mettent des heures à sécher une fois bien imbibés.

I constantly get comments for how lovely these are. They feel really nice. They’re not too tight if you like me and you tend to put it on your wrist when you’re not wearing it so you don’t have hair band impressions on your wrist only one little downside people might have with this is that if you do have wet hair and put it in a bun and then carry on with your day when it comes to taking your bum out top of your hair might be dry but what was in the bun might still be wet otherwise I have no complaints
