I have bad allergies. I have them ALL year round. It seems as thought I am allergic to EVERYTHING...but my most regrets are my allergic reactions to watermelon and apples, grapes, and other food products. I like that there are no dyes and that this easily fits in a purse or pocket. I won't go into the spring season without it.

I used it in place of loratadine due to allergic itching and hives. Works perfectly well. Not as strong as loratadine and no impact in weight gain like other antihistamine.

I keep plenty of this on hand as I use it often. Really helps.
