What Do You Say, Little Blue Truck? Sound Book

I read this to my 9 month old granddaughter the other day, after hearing from her patients that it was a favorite. It was really cute, with fun rhymes and great Little Truck and animal sounds which you push at the appropriate times. You could tell how much she loved it, as she stayed engaged thru to the end. As we were traveling to my daughter’s the next day to help care for my sick 15 mo, i was thrilled to find amazon could have it there the next day. As we got up at the crack of dawn, our wary, ill toddler was crying and beside herself. Thankfully, I remembered this Little Blue Truck book!! I pulled it out and started in with the catchy rhymes, the occasional beep, beep, moo, moo, and so on. The tears dried up, and a little smile appeared. We went thru it quickly once to be sure not to lose her, then twice more slowly. After that, we asked ?’s, played our own games and so on. I kid you not, this little book got up thru abt 40 mins of separation anxiety, sickness, tears, and getting used to Grandpa and Mimi again!! My one sort of negative is that the buttons are a bit hard to push for little fingers. As she gets bigger, obviously she will be able to do it on her own, but she did get a little bit frustrated with that. The plus to this is that indiscriminate goat or horse sounds didn’t interrupt the story, but you get the idea. Despite this little issue, it’s still 5 stars, all day!!

Love this kids book. You can adjust the sound - good quality. The battery lasts for a long time. Cleat music and voice, sounds.

My daughter loves this book. The buttons are easy to press and it’s a fun and developmentally appropriate book that is just the right length in pages.

My kids absolutely love this book and the animal sounds are the best. We have many books with animal sounds but they are not as good as this one.

Baby loves this sound book

I love this story book. One of my grandsons was given it as a gift. We were enjoying it so much I purchased 2 for the other grandsons. The animal sounds are perfect and have a good volume. Sometimes the sounds are not accurate and very quiet, but in this book they are perfect. The story is simple and fun to read. I would definitely purchase again for a gift.

The story has very meaningul and valuable leasson at the end but this sound book has only like half of the original story. The sounds are good and there are two volume levels for them and an off button too. The voices are very realistic and make you smile. Children would definitely like this book.

My two-year-old loves little blue so I wanted to add this book to our collection. It’s a very simple and repetitive “story”, so good for small ones. It’s also really fun for my son to press the buttons and say the animal sounds.
