I am loving this tool not only for it's ability to help reduced muscle soreness and pain after a hard work out but also for its usefulness in lymphatic drainage. The four speeds are what provide this ability to use it in multiple ways. the ball shape also gives you the ability to target very specific areas such as the base of your spine or the bottom of your feet. The third speed position has a wave like vibration pattern that is very soothing It is a durable tool and easy to use at a fair price compared to other tools!

The ball came packaged well. Was a little late in arriving and since I have only just received mine and like it so far. Along with my recently started physiotherapy program, I have great confidence that this sturdy and well constructed product will help me improve my mobility and recovery from pain.The only complaint so far is that it attracts dust and pet fur so easily! Using slightly damp cloth to wipe it clean (takes a little effort) like they advise to do, works ok.
