How does this cream compare to cetaphil rich hydrating cream (green cap)?

I like each product but I find Deep Hydration is a little less greasy than the moisture cream with the green cap, however the moisture cream with the green cap is better for sensitive skin.

Phenoxyethanol - what is the percentage in this product? less than 1%??

That is a great question. We do not publicly share specific formulation percentages. But with that being said, sensitive skin was the top priority when reformulating these products and the formulations and ingredients directly reflect that. Let us know if you have any other questions!

Does this product come with a protection seal?

As of July 2022, it seems they do NOT come with a seal. I ordered one that came without a seal and asked for a replacement. It also did not have a seal. Sent both back. I peaked at one at a brick and mortar, and it also did not have a seal. I really don't know why they sell these without a seal. I refuse to use it because of that.

Can you wear this under makeup, or is it too greasy?

You can wear under make-up as long as it's applied lightly and absorbed.
