So the relief is not within 30 mins. It is usually within 12-16 hours. The first time I took only 30 MG and I did have a regular bowel movement but not a good one so the second time I did the 60mg and omggggg yall. I wish I can turn the clock back. It took almost 24 hours to kick in first of all, but once it did I have been having diarrhea going on the second day now. I don't even trust my farts. I have to keep showering. Please don't do the 60. I might have to now take something to not make me poop lol. This stuff is serious business.
