It's a shame because ot's a pretty color, there's just no way to apply it ...

As soon as you start applying this liquid lipstick it starts to turn to paste. It's very sticky and you can't smooth it out properly. I tried putting lip balm on first, doesn't help! I even put on lip gloss after I applied it, it just smeared it around and made the lipstick clumpy. It's a shame because ot's a pretty color, there's just no way to apply it without it clumping and turning to a sticky paste.
