This faucet will install in a standard 3 hole sink.
I wanted to replace my 26 year old delta faucet (pictured) with something a bit nicer. I stayed with polished brass as I really don't want to change all my door knobs, towel holders, etc. I almost didn't buy this faucet after reading reviews that listed issues with the pop-up rod and leaks, but I'm glad I did. This faucet installs easily. My sink is cultured marble so I used plumber's putty to seal the top part of the pop-up to the sink and silicone under the faucet's plastic gasket to ensure the faucet won't move and that water can't seep past the gasket. One reviewer said that it "Leaks around factory weld" under the sink where the drain connects to the p-trap. That's not a weld but rather a pipe that threads into the pop-up's body. So use some Teflon tape or some plumber's putty around the threads and it will not leak. I used Teflon tape as shown in one of the pics.Next, the pop-up rod has two ways to be routed down through the faucet to under the sink. One is correct and will allow the rod to come down through a standard hole, see the picture. If you try to route it outside of the metal base, then yes, you'll need to enlarge the sink's middle hole, but that would be an incorrect installation. I've included two pictures showing the pop-up, one with the rod up (drain closed) and the other with the rod down (drain open). The pop-up works very smoothly. One thing to note, if your faucet sits close to the backsplash, then you may have a tough time inserting the rod after the faucet has been installed. To get around this, insert the rod through the faucet and then install the faucet. I used a rubber band to hold the rod in place in the drain open position. The faucet works well and yes, the flow is a bit less than the older faucet's flow but that doesn't seem to be a concern unless you're trying to fill the sink with water, then you'll wait a bit longer. I like the somewhat lower flow as it seems to splash less water outside of the sink. One last comment. Over the years I've replaced all of the Delta faucets that came with my home with newer Delta faucets. If a faucet would develop a drip, or had an issue (very rare), one call to Delta and they always took care of the issue promptly. I do appreciate that.Anyways, hope this review and the pics help.

Low pressure, crooked pull rod. Sucks
Faucet looks nice and polished. That's all I liked. Installation was a breeze until you get to the pull rod which took twice as much time to Install than entire set. I have never come across a bent pullout rod before. That's a serious design flaw. Turning knobs definitely are not aligned and the worst, the water pressure is so low, it's not even funny. I returned for a replacement but no change. I opened the aerator to remove any water restrictive part, but there's none. I'm thinking about returning but the hassle of uninstalling and reinstalling another is too much. I'm keeping them, bought two but won't recommend them.

Looks Nice
I've had this installed for two years now and it has held up well. The only negative I will give this is the push pull for closing the drain stopper is difficult to use (very stiff) and it never seals all the way. I've tried adjusting it, but it just won't hold water in the sink. Thus I use a rubber stopper when I want to soak something in the sink. I found the other design faucet stoppers I have in my other bathroom that are just pop stoppers without the push pull rod work much better for sealing and holding water. One of these days I will remove the stopper completely and just put in one of the pop-up stoppers.

Necessary parts not included. No help from Delta
The faucet was not constructed with all the necessary internal parts required for operation. One handle worked while the other would not shut off water flow. Company sent parts instead of a new faucet. Time and attention to remove the old, install the new, evaluate installing required parts, removing the new and having to shop for another was too expensive and required way too much time! Will avoid Delta in the future.

Buyer beware
This is a very nice faucet and what I wanted. However, the "Lift Stem" for the drain is like it was an afterthought and the hole that is goes through sticks out beyond the back edge of the faucet. As the back-splash on the bathroom sink is very close to the faucet, it caused the whole faucet not to fit. Totally unusable. There is no where in the description that gives you this very important detail. As I waited about a week after the 30-day return time to have it installed (waited for vaccinations), I'm S.O.L. on the return. So, make sure you have about 1" space between the faucet and the backsplash before you order this model. Might save you a $100 plus .

Very Nice Polished Brass Faucet
This polished brass faucet was just what we were looking for. We bought a used RV that had a faucet that didn't have enough "reach" and our hands were hitting the back of the sink when we went to wash. We ordered this faucet because it was higher and had a longer reach. It worked out perfectly and looks really nice in our RV. It's probably better than the faucets in our house!

Easy to install once you get the drain lift configured
Faucet was as described. Easy to install once you get the drain lift configured. Bought two and both woyrk great. If you are doing the install yourself remove the screen assembly on the faucet so you can run water to clear the line. Be sure to close the drain before you put the screen assembly back on in case you drop it.

Drain Lever Not Straight
Note that the lever installs at an angle if you have a usual sink hole. The extension with it tries to compensate for the angle with bends but it seems klutzy. The lever works ok but not as smoothly as the Delta faucet it replaced. Also, beware that the angle requires more clearance than usual behind the faucet.
