These are very good. I feel more energetic. However, they are just too large for me to swallow. Breaking them in halves or fourths don’t work for me. The sharp edges are hard to get down. I have to cut them into sixths and still be cautious about sharp edges. I’ll wait and see if I get tired of the extra work and worry. I’m going to start looking for something comparable in a capsule just in case. Too bad.

I wasn't able to take the product long enough to find out if it made a difference or not. I am apparently allergic to something in the supplement as within an hour of taking it my seasonal allergy symptoms would kick into high gear. This involved sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes etc. It took me a couple days before I realized it might be the supplement. Stopped taking it and no more issues with allergy symptoms. Make sure you read the ingredient list carefully before taking.

Do you need D3 and Vitamin K in higher and effective dose. D3 is at 1000 mcg. No bad taste or aftertaste. Stomach doesn't get upset.

Do not know yet if this will be an improvement over multivitamin I had been taking. Just received a couple days ago. My issue is with the plastic bottle. I really do hope they are switching to glass, if this company intends to have the best quality products. We must get plastic out of our lives as much as we can.
