Great bottle but my wife opened on Christmas Day and missing the “retractable silicon part”, my daughters was received. How do I get this missing part ?

I love it! The texture of the bottle is like matte which i find amusing and it really is 1L. This helps me keep motivated to drink water while in a fast paced work environment.

Size is good. Grip is great - not slippery. Drinking much more water than I did before. Also great colors :)
