10 days in:Purchased 8/13/23. Had immediate sleep improvement. I fall asleep within a couple minutes and I stay asleep longer. Used to get up 2 to 3 times a night. Breathing is better too, I have mild sleep apnea. Can't stand anything on my face. Grounding mat has addressed that so far.For me personally, my feet are more receptive to grounding. Benefits noticed right away when using this on the floor under a desk or on my bed. It's working well and I'm looking into buying a fitted sheet.Per a recent doctor visit: No cure for osteoarthritis. Okay then!The conservative treatments recommended did not excite me, so I'm trying this.This five piece set has set me up for indoor earthing. It's warm right now, so I can go outside and find a grassy spot. This set however will set me up for working indoors and I can use it when I nap and sleep.Following the directions and testing my outlets and mat was easy. Slept soundly with this at the foot of my bed resting my feet on it.This universal mat is portable, versatile, and allows me to try it out in a variety of settings including travel .I'm looking to address insomnia, reduce inflammation, support mobility, and deal with arthritis in my left knee. I’ve been sleeping on this mat nightly for about six months now, and the improvements I’ve experienced have been truly remarkable. One of the biggest surprises? My daily symptoms of restless legs - something that used to be a constant struggle - have completely disappeared. I no longer need compression socks or medication, which feels like a huge win for my quality of life.Interestingly, I didn’t even purchase the mat for that reason. It wasn’t until a few months in that I realized those symptoms had quietly faded away. This Mat is fabulous, and I love how it comes with a grounding tester, so you can see if your plugs are grounded. If they aren’t, you have to purchase a grounding rod or the mat doesn’t work. Hence, it can’t ground you if the plug isn’t grounded.I bought the smaller size to start with until I could decide if I want to purchase one for my bed. This mat is advertised for sitting or standing on (mostly), but I also lay on it while napping. It’s smallish, so I don’t expect for it to reach all over when I do. However, I began experiencing great sleep after using it for a while—maybe two and a half weeks. I noticed within days that I am able to fall asleep fast if I lay on it when I do nap or even sleep on it at night. I believe time will tell with more extravagant affects. The instructions do explain that every person reacts differently and affects and timing of them vary from person-to-person.I will be purchasing the mat for my bed, and perhaps, the grounding pillow shams, too! I am so excited to see my well-being increase as time goes on; I don’t get outdoors as much as I would like, and this mat can supplement my earthing needs between outdoor trips.

I’ve been shopping around for one of these for a little while. I saw this product came with a plug check, book, and mat, and the reviews were pretty good, a couple not so good, the price was reasonable to me, I liked that it was a bundle and I didn’t have to hunt for additional products since they are included, and I thought I would try it.I have an ankle injury from about 20 years ago that never healed right and has swelled ever since - the left one considerably more than the right ankle. It swells more when I stand more and after these past couple of weeks at work, I was ready to give a grounding mat a try since I basically have no contact with the ground ever and I wondered if it could be part of the reason my ankles have not been able to heal well.I received this product a few days ago. It came in a compact box with everything inside, nothing damaged. I took the mat out, plugged the cord in to the wall with the extension, and snapped the cord on to the mat. I could feel a faint electric charge simmering over the places I put my hands and legs. “Good,” I thought a little relieved, “It actually is conductive.” I put it under my feet before I went to bed and when I got up in the morning, I noticed a difference in the swelling of my ankles. It was helping!! I tried it again the next night. The next morning, the same thing. I think it’s been three or four nights and especially my left ankle which swells the most seems very pleased with this new product. I’m finding the longer I can have my legs on the mat, the better the result.I don’t have trouble sleeping, so I can’t comment on the effectiveness of it helping with that. Also, I haven’t read the book that came with it, but I’m looking forward to reading it to gain more understanding about grounding because apparently, I need it in my life! :)I can’t wait to see what my ankles will be like over time with this product. I really recommend it.

I am leaving one star because this company and other earthing mat companies are not being forthright about various factors on how these products can effect people adversely. I watched the documentary on earthing and I am still fascinated and inspired by it. I used the product for a few days for short periods of time and had some amazing body feelings. I decided to use it at night on my bare feet and extend my use. Not sure if it was after the 1st or 2nd night but I woke up very early in the morning and it felt very strange on me to the point I kicked it off the bed. I read that some sick feelings are completely normal and that they would pass. „You can never be not earthed enough“ I read or „stick with it, the feelings will eventually pass“. I did a 3rd night with it thinking it would just pass. In the morning I could barely crawl out of bed. My low back at my coccyx felt almost paralyzed. Excruciating pain. Had to take multiple pain meds just to function over the next days. At one point felt like I was having some type of outer body experience. Upon further reading I have learned that some advice is to ease your way into using it with 30 min a day. So why not more? Why are they not disclosing more about negative symptoms some people are having if they use more? Why does this company not warn you to be careful how much to use it? It has taken me a week now to maybe feel 50% better. I am still not the same and am worried I am not going to be „the same“ ever again. Upon further reading I am learning that having other electrical devices around you can cause an EMF (electromagnetic field) and that the mat can act act as a channel of least resistance for the current to go through. I live in an old house where I brought the mat over via a grounded extension cord that was tested. However I have a bed lamp and had my phone plugged into an ungrounded outlet nearby. Seems that this can create a strong electromagnetic field especially using ungrounded outlets. This electromagnetic field (EMF) can pass through you via the grounding mat. I have a hunch I may have somehow electricuted myself mildly….maybe my nerves or my base chakra completely freaked out to this. I am not the type to sue but this is absolutely insane there is not more information on how to use these more safely. I plan to naturally ground from now on. I am leery about the mats and proper electrical currents in houses and „dirty electricity“. Please be aware and study all possible information. If you do choose to buy, use very gradually. Keep other electronics away from it. Esp at night make sure your cell phone is far away and in airplane mode. Unplug other electronics around you even if they are powered off. Be safe and cautious

I purchased this but my apartment doesn't have grounded outlets so I had to get the grounding rod. I wanted to stay with the same brand (and the official Amazon store for Earthing did not have it), so I ordered it on earthing.com. HORRIBLE. It took them 8 days after my purchase to ship it (and I emailed and left a message inquiring about when they would ship and nobody responded). I finally got my grounding rod so I could try out the grounding mat. I'm not sure if it did anything or not. I used it one day and then went to move the stake to another part of the yard that evening. The stake broke!!! The wire part came off of the metal part. So I paid $30 for a metal stake, had to wait two weeks to get it, used it a few hours and then it broke. The kicker is that on the website they have hundreds, if not thousands of glowing reviews on their products. After purchasing a product and even registering with the website, I'm not able to leave the terrible review they so desperately deserve. However, I'm able to leave a review on their official Amazon store for the shoddiness of their products (which I am doing now). I won't be surprised if I can't get a refund or if they make me jump through hoops and pay for shipping. At this point, nothing this company does to customers would surprise me.Update: they send a new rod and I have gone on to purchase more products from this brand. They did start sending me invitations to review on their website but it took like two months... the products have really helped me with a variety of health issues and I'm so glad that I came across them. Unfortunately, the most useful products have to be purchased on their website as they are not carried by Amazon....

I’ve used it once and didn’t feel anything. A friend recommended this one. May be grounded and didn’t have any issues.

Los productos para conectarse a tierra es lo más efectivo que existe para regular la energía del organismo y evitar la inflamación... Muy pocas personas lo saben y es "medicina" natural de lo más efectiva y comprobable... Ojalá más personas lo supieran y dejaran de sufrir por su salud ya que la mayoría de los problemas de salud son debido a inflamación... todas las enfermedades que terminan en "itis" son inflamación. Gastritis, artritis, etc...

After trying it for a few nights in a row, sleeping with it under my bare legs, I didn't find any difference in my sleep. Perhaps not being the original created by Clint Ober, it doesn't work the same. As a matter of fact this one is listed as the one of the be knock-off brands to avoid.
