Works well on cables

I love this stuff !! I had a leak in a kitchen sink elbow joint, and because of a mis alignment the pipes would go together but there was always a slight drip, so as a short term fix I taped it securely with heat shrink tape and bang the drip stopped. Is this a permanent fix - no - but it is a good enough fix to let it wait till the whole sink can be realigned. I used a heat gun which is slightly hotter than a hair dryer so keep in mind this is "heat shrink tape" and it needs heat..

Works well. Just way to much tape. I'll never finish our use even a quarter of this in my lifetime. Bought it to do an Epoxy repair on my carbon fiber bike. Everyone is impressed with how it came out.

Incredibly useful stuff! I used it to label a crap ton of cables prior to a gig and it but what would typically be hours of desoldering, labeling, and resoldering down by at least half!

This tape does not shrink when heat is applied. Instead, it is tape mend the heat shrink rap. Seller was called for clarification. Item was returned.

Tried it on some cable. Works pretty well but the end tends to curl up.

Good stuff great price

Used this for a carbon fiber repair job on a fishing pole, worked quite well but there is a very fine line between shrinking and melting (at least with my equipment).
