This mat is exactly what I needed for my home gym. It has the perfect combination of cushion and firmness—soft enough to protect my joints, but firm enough to give me stability for every move. I’ve been using it for all my P90X workouts (plyo, cardio, yoga, weights—you name it), and it’s held up beautifully. No slipping, no bunching, and it’s wide enough that I’m not constantly stepping off the edge mid-exercise. Great quality, super durable, and well worth the price. Highly recommend for anyone doing high-impact workouts at home!

We bought this to do cardio workouts in our home gym, primarily to protect the beautiful hardwood floors. It works great! - The mat does not slip once laid out on the hardwood floors - It is easy to roll over to clean and shine the floors (but it is heavy!!) - It is very durable. The second pictures shows all the scuffs from the weights and shoes. It definitely protects our floors and holds up to abuse. You can use a damp rag to clean then. - It provides fantastic traction when wearing work out shoes for exercise like mountain-climbers Of note, we wish we got a bigger size. This mat is tight for two people to workout at the same time. If you are tall (I am 6'00"), you will barely fit in width-wise when doing some exercises. When I read the reviews I was scared because of the price and I've already ordered it but now since I had it in my home; I don't know where those bad reviews came from but I had no problems thus far except my daughter dropping and spilling food and drinks on it but it clean up very well, no ability to absorb moisture (waterproof), No black stuff on my floor or anything. It's very large (area rug) ,thick and durable. Lays perfectly over hardwood floors (except for when it first arrived rolled up in a box, I had to put weights on the corners to flatten it out). You do have to pay attention to the packaging to know what side your laying down but it was easy. I love it we walk all over it daily.

I began a home workout program and the more I used it, the more I began to get concerned about my carpet. I chose this mat based on previous reviews and price. I am not disappointed. It comes with a storage bag and three straps that you can use to keep the mat rolled up when not in use. It also comes with gloves, but I found that they constrict my wrist more than I prefer for my workout needs. I received a promotion that also allowed me to receive an additional mat free of charge and it stays in the game room for when my children play just dance. No more worrying about them wearing out the carpet! I’ve owned my first mat for about two months and have been happy with the comfort and durability so far. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mat to protect their floor in a exercise setting.

I bought the 6x5 Mat which works perfectly for my stretching/yoga /hiit workouts. I have hardwood floors and the mat doesn’t slide one bit. Definitely keeps me stable. Forget about rolling it small enough to get into storage bag. That’s no big deal as I just roll it and included Velcro straps hold it together adequately. I wish it had just a bit more cushion. Some exercises that require to be on your knees can get a little uncomfortable. Nonetheless I have done several hard workouts on it and am satisfied with the overall quality. Wish it was just a bit cheaper however it definitely meets my needs. I’m 6’1” and this size mat works for me btw.
