This is a good ab roller!
The ab roller is sturdy, it doesn't wobble, and the handles are comfortable. In fact, they are ergonomic! Your hands know exactly which way to grip! I like the resistance bands and the pushup bars. The mat is 9/16" thick, it seems cushy enough, and at first I thought it was narrow, until I knelt on it, and realized that it forces my knees to be close together when using the ab roller. It's pretty decent! Everything seems well made.

Easy to use and install
There are no instructions provided with this but it is luckily very easy to put together and use. It is a GREAT ab workout, especially for toning the lower abs. It came with a knee pad to protect your knees from pain since they are the only point of contact from your body that touches the floor so there is a lot of pressure on them. The pad is very necessary. The resistance bands are a little hard to maneuver on the roller, in my opinion.
