This is a great product for foot relief and care. It really helps with discomfort and minor pain and swelling. Also after about 15-20 minutes of using it, my feet feel really clean. Fresh.Highly recommend.

Following two back-to-back pregnancies (immune suppression and exhaustion let to infection), I found that my toe nails were rotten with toenail fungus. It was ugly and painful (it had gotten into my skin). My husband had successfully gotten rid of a plantar wart that two doctors could not get rid of for two years by daily soaks and exfoliation in just two months. I decided to try this route instead of oral anti-fungal but there was a strict regimen. I am currently on month six and my nails are almost 100-percent clear!-no nail polish!-soak nail daily and don't skip, especially the first few months (I skipped a few weeks due to travel and it came back)-I have two toddlers and I find time by soaking one foot at a time while I get ready for the day.-after first soak, and once nail is soft enough, buff/cut it down until all of the infected nail is gone. My nails were paper thin at times, which helps the soak and tea tree to get to the nail bed. Keep doing this daily until only healthy nail remains, even if your nails look funky--it's worth it. I bought a pack of small buffers and nail files on Amazon. Use a new one for each nail each time and then throw it away--DO NOT REUSE! I also used a very sharp Tweezerman cuticle scissor that I used to cut back the nail (make sure to disinfect it each time you use it).-when you buff be careful not to buff your skin. I got too aggressive and rubbed the sides of my toes raw. Ouchie!-keep buffing, filing, and cutting-I then wrapped toes nightly with a piece of cotton ball dipped in tea tree oil; I used bandage tape that looks like scotch tape.-nails looked the worst around three to four months because the bad nail would fall off (or come back easily when clipped), and I kept cutting back-not sure how much it helped but I switched to copper infused socks, which are supposed to ward off fungus and bacteria-clean shoes with lysolIt takes time but this works. I have almost perfect pink toes and can go nail polish free with confidence (just went to Hawaii and sported my toes with pride). The nail is growing out still so they are a bit uneven it is healthy nail. Each week the part that was cut back "reattaches" itself to the nail bed.
