I purchased this compass because I wanted to try exploring straightedge and compass construction just like the forefathers of mathematics. It is very sturdy and has excellent precision.

This compass is the BEST! I bought it because it has a wide pen holder. I do a lot of doodling & sometimes want to do circles that are nice and straight. My hand wobbles if I try to draw pen over the top of the pencil line. So it totally makes sense to do the circles in pen to start with. Then there is a lovely inked circle.

I bought this for my son to use for his studies. It was better than the price would suggest. My son likes it because it's easy to use and has a nice design. The message card that came with it showed the love for the company and the product, and I was so happy that I made such a wonderful purchase.

Bought this as a cheap way of cutting circles in paper/card/thin polystyrene insulation board for model making. I looked at various circle cutters on Amazon and they all seemed to have mixed reviews. I decided to try a different route and bought this compass as it can be fixed to a measurement. When I want to cut circles I replace the pencil in the holder with a craft knife at the correct angle and use it to cut material around at the diameter I need. It works quite well and represents good value compared to designated circle cutters which seemed to have drawbacks and issues that put me off buying one.

This worked fine for what we bought it for, it was wrapped well with a personalised message from the seller, well done
