Suddenly stopped working and stopped charging altogether

Satisfied for the product, but How is it possible to receive it with two pins US plug??Instead of 3 pins for uae?Shall we need to buy adapters now???

Well If this is one of a smart buy I make on it, is have way more potential for starting the coment but is easy to use, make a deep and precise clean on the areas you are place it ( Teeh only) and the feel is pleased, please talk with your dentist before buy it, it help me and can help you too.

I love Sonicare and been using their toothbrushes for years. Spent big bucks on this pretty toothbrush but the first time the base fell from the head (because I use it in the shower and was holding it with my mouth) I had problems, then it just quit working right about the time the warranty was up. I am afraid to try other brands but I may have to so I am not spending so much for a toothbrush that only last two years.

The annoying things about this brush. First, I hate the big, cumbersome glass charging station. I don't understand the necessity for it. If you don't clean the brush fastidiously after each use you have a real mess after a few days.Second, I really don't like the concaved start button. I usually need more than two minutes to do a through job. Trying to get the brush started again is difficult especially if you have long nails. I have nearly dropped the brush a couple times trying to get it going again. Frankly, I don't understand why the thing stops after two minutes anyway. I may need to use it to clean the drain in the sink or around the fixtures in the shower. That's what I do with my old oral-b.Third, regarding the buttons again. The setting button is also problematic. You can't change settings while the brush is in motion. You can't read which setting you're in or what speed you're brushing in.Fourth, I have never been able to get the app to work. There attempts and the app just froze up. Reading other reviews I guess it's not really important.Fifth thing I hate is the price fluctuation. I paid $200.00 for mine, two weeks later I bought one for my husband and paid thirty dollars less. The savings made me feel like a fool.The things I like. My teeth have never felt so clean. I would brush with my old toothbrush and two hours later I was wondering if I had really done the chore.I don't get toothpaste all over my clothes and body. No matter how little or how much I used it was always a mess.This brush is so quiet. I can brush without disturbing my family.It's fun to use. I like the little tingle while brushing and the gentleness of the brush. I brush my teeth and guns with no scratching. Do the medication I take l am constantly pledged with cold sores. The pain was excurseating when my old brush would hit one. It doesn't happen now.I'm happy with this brush and would buy again.T

We have been using sonicare toothbrushes for years. Seriously, a better electric toothbrush does not exist. We have owned Diamond cleans, Healthy Whites and various other models. We have also have had Oral B electric toothbrushes given to us when we each did Invisalign. There is no comparison.Anyway, I currently have the grey Diamond clean (purchased 7/30/2022), my husband has the black and ours kids have different sonicare models that they love and got for Christmas.***Stuck power button tip. I recently noticed that my power button to turn on the toothbrush was becoming harder to press. After each use I rinse and dry the handle. Even though I do that, some tooth paste was building up around the power button and it was becoming impossible to use anymore. The button was stuck in a depressed position making it harder to turn on. I did a quick search and saw a tip on ifixit. Run hot water from the faucet over the power button and using a manual toothbrush (we have tons of them from doing regular dental check ups) gently brush that button a few times. Press the button, it’s like magic.We do not use the app at all so I am not rating that. Amazing brushes, long battery life, clean teeth. Use this and get amazing results at your dental visits.

I bought this as a replacement to the one I purchased back in 2015! It lasted a long time but after a hard drop on granite it stopped working. Looked at the cheaper models but decided to go for the more expensive version considering how long the last one lasted. I love it, it gets your teeth really clean.
