Really Great but IMPORTANT NOTE:
It’s a very insightful book with tons of ideas and good information on finding funding for your real estate projects, but there’s a major issue: the entire book only focuses on the UNITED STATES MARKET. Which is unfortunate because it doesn’t seem to say anywhere that it only focuses on U.S markets, all the loan options and rules/regulations are based on this. I’m from the UAE so sadly this was upsetting for me once I got into the book, but nevertheless the information provided is still very insightful and helpful.

Must read but the first chapter is boring as F. but tbe book contains a lots of good informations and cheet codes to become financially independent. The stories are very nice and I was impressed by them.
