I bicycles 3200km with this bike. Big Hint: get the pedals installed at a bike shop. I stripped both pedals which requires an expensive problem to replace the crank arms, don't know how I did it, I'm pretty good mechanically, but it happened. Awesome lightweight bike, sturdy, loaded it up with 60 pounds of racks and gear and it didn't seem to mind at all. Factory tires lasted about 2000km, but what do you expect. Great shifters, great bike for it's price.

I love cycling and I decided to buy my bike to start cycling long route distances. Looking around the web I could only find chinese brands that would fail after 100km. I found the best compromise with Schwinn Bikes that It is a good brand for beginners. Overall the bike is stable and reliable. after few rides I have good feeling with bike. brakes and gear is working fine, after several adjustments. The dark red color is amazing I really like it. the Bike arrives almost assembled, the problem is that inside there are no tools, but the minimum requirement is few screwdriver. Easy to assemble for everyone, but if you are not comfortable just go to a bike shop. The chassis is Alluminium and the bike is light about 12kg but I was really disappointed when I read MADE IN CHINA. for this reason I give 4 stars. Overall I really recommend this bike for beginners and for everyone who wants to stars long routes. Have a nice ride!

This is a well built road bicycle. My son is using it to commute to work every day. It was easy to setup with minimal tools. I had to do some slight adjustment to the rear derailer to line up the shifter but easily done with no tools. good value for money. I would buy it again.

I needed a bike to commute to work because my previous one was stolen. I haven't ridden in quite some time so I looked for a starter bike to get back into it. This is a great bike for a commuter or new cyclist. Some things about it: Pros: - Assembly isn't bad at all. Crank, chain, and brakes are already on the frame. Need to tighten some screws up as well as connect some pieces and your good. Handlebar is already set up with tape and brakes so there is no concern for setting that up. - 14 speeds have a good high and low for the everyday rider - Tires are 700x28 (not 23) so they are a little more forgiving. - Price point is great - Shifter/brake from Shimano very easy to use and friendly for new rider. - Quick release tires Cons: - Brakes needed fine tuning to work appropriately. - Seat is okay but red marks have rubbed off on my pants. The only other issue for myself is that 53cm is a bit much. I can't stand above the bar with the bike straight up. I'm 5'7" and have short legs so there are two reasons for ya. For you heavier riders out there: I'm 275 pounds and I'm able to ride this thing with no issues. This can help you get up and riding until you are ready for your next one! I would recommend this bike to everyone and will update this comment if anything arises. Definitely 5 stars for the price.
