Grown biodynamically using special herbal, mineral and animal preparations and with compassion for the laws of nature. We have not used any herbicide, incesticide, systemic fungicide or soluble fertilizer to produce these grapes nor any foreign yeasts or bacterias to ferment the grape juice. This wine was aged in American oak barrels for 11 months.
