I love this thing! I sleep on it and have noticed a massive reduction in pain and have also noticed improvement in sleep! I waited a few months to write my review but I notice the nights I sleep on this vs the nights I do not is as different as night and day. It is very soft and well made. I was nervous about buying it but I am glad I did. I put it over my head when I have a headache and it helps work to relieve that as well. I do combine the use of this mat with the Solfeggio Frequencies as well as the Rife Frequencies because sound healing has changed my families lives for the better. We also all use Orgone necklaces which have helped tremendously. I also share this mat with my partner and he has noticed an improvement in his pain in the morning. I have to buy another soon for him so he does not keep stealing mine haha. I am now a believer in Earth Magnet therapy! And this is great quality! Good material! Highly recommended for pain relief!
