I have gone through about four or five of these, mostly just from things other than fire. I got a structure fire the other day and I was the on the primary search. It didn’t melt off or have any severe damage. For the price this strap is amazing, the metal clip is perfect and has no issues. I know Amazon should not be the place to purchase fire gear from but this strap is better than ones I have purchased from actual fire gear companies. Great product, I highly recommend it!

I've had this strap on my gear for around 7 months now. Velcro still works great and none of the reflective material is pealing off like ive seen others do. Noticing the velcro 'thinning' for a lack of better words but it still sticks no problem, but might be a problem in the future. But for 8 bucks if i have to replace this after a year and a half i will have no problem with that given the good quality and price, recommended.

The media could not be loaded. These hold my heavy structural fire fighting gloves just fine. They are durable as I have had them for a few years. The only issue would be I bent them and they got a bit rusty. I used a carabineer so it could hook to my pants. The Velcro still grips really well.

These are well built, and do work. The only reason I left a 4 star is to bring up the fact that the velcro is hard to work with when you put the gloves back in. They make another product with a clip and strap that another fire fighter at our department has. I would go with that one personally, and I did buy it just a few days ago. If you are light duty, this product here will work out fine. Have bought from this company in the past, and will say it is a good place to spend money.

Great quality glove strap with heavy duty clip. Strap is long for holding structural FF or other thick gloves. However, strap is too long to hold extrication or mechanic style gloves securely.

I'm a firefighter/emt. My gear goes on in a hurry just about everyday. It's a pain in the ass to reach into my bunker gear pockets for gloves when I have rescue webbing, rit rope, and self rescue tools already in there. I got 2 of these straps. one for structure fire gloves and the other for rescue gloves. I love having both pairs on the out side of my gear fir easy access. Also great being able to grab both whole straps with the gloves intact when I get an ems call and I may need heavier gloves than my disposal medical gloves. I attach them right to my ems pants, jump in the ambulance and go!

Love it kinda gets in the way putting a airpack on
